The Management Board of Netia SA consists of four members appointed by the Supervisory Board. The following is a list of current Management Board members:

Mirosław Godlewski

Mirosław Godlewski

President and Chief Executive Officer
Mirosław Godlewski, 46, was appointed Netia's President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer effective February 15, 2007. Previously he served as President of the Management Board in Opoczno SA (from January 2006), one of Europe's leading manufacturers of ceramic tiles. From 2003 to 2005 he was President and CEO in Dec Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of GATX). From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Godlewski worked at Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers Poland Sp. z o.o. as General Manager (from 2000 to 2003) and Sales Director (from 1999 to 2000). From 1993 to 1999 he was employed at PepsiCo Trading Sp. z o.o. in various managerial positions. From 1991 to 1993 he worked at Polskie Biuro Badań Marketingowych Sp. z o.o. as Retail Audit Manager.
Mr. Godlewski graduated from the Warsaw Technical University with M. Sc. in Industrial Management. He also holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College, Great Britain.
Mr. Godlewski is member of the supervisory boards of the Polish Association of Stock Exchange Issuers (Stowarzyszenie Emitentów Giełdowych) (SEG) and ABC Data SA. He is also member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). 

Jon Eastick

Jon Eastick

Chief Financial Officer
Jon Eastick, 46, was appointed member of the management board of Netia SA effective April 5, 2006. Prior to commencement of his cooperation with Netia, Mr. Eastick spent five years as Chief Financial Officer of PTC Sp. z o. o. Between 1998 and 2001 he was Country CFO of Lucent Technologies Poland SA. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Eastick worked at PTK Centertel Sp. z o. o. as Strategy and Financial Planning Manager. Mr. Eastick started his career in 1989 and spent almost six years with Arthur Andersen, working in London and later in Warsaw. He graduated from the London School of Economics and is a UK Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Tom Ruhan

Tom Ruhan

Chief Legal and Acquisition Officer
Tom Ruhan, 49, was appointed member of the management board of Netia SA effective April 5, 2006. He has been the Chief Legal Officer of Netia since March 2003. Until his appointment to the management board, Mr. Ruhan was also Netia's commercial proxy. He has supervised the completion of the financial restructuring of Netia, the merger of 19 operating companies of the Netia Group, the conversion of Netia's license fees obligations and nearly 40 acquisitions (including RST El-Net SA, ProFuturo SA, Tele2 Polska Sp. z o.o. and over 30 ISPs) followed by their merger in the Netia Group. Prior to his employment with Netia, Mr. Ruhan, worked at Wardyński & Partners for 12 years in various positions, being Of Counsel before moving to Netia. During his 12 years there Mr. Ruhan advised on a number of privatistations including, amongst others, Telekomunikacja Polska SA and also worked on the financial restructuring of Netia. Mr. Ruhan graduated in law from the University of Warwick, UK.

Mr. Ruhan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA). He is also a Deputy Chairman of SOT KIGEiT (Telecommunications Operators Section of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications) for a third three-year term of office and is a member of the Arbitration Committee (Komisja Rozjemcza) of KIGEiT. In addition, Mr. Ruhan is a member of the Auditing Committee (Komisja Rewizyjna) of the Polish Chamber for Electronic Communications (PIKE). Mr. Ruhan serves also on the Board of Trustees of The Grow Up with Us Foundation, Business for Community Service (Fundacja Dorastaj z Nami, Biznes w Służbie Publicznej), associating companies from various business sectors, aimed at granting financial help to children of the victims of the plane crash in Smolensk and children of policemen and soldiers who have died on duty.

Mirosław Suszek

Mirosław Suszek

Chief Technology Officer
Miroslaw Suszek, 49, was appointed member of the management board of Netia SA effective May 1, 2012. Until March 2014 he worked as Chief Operating Officer, and now he holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. As CTO he is responsible for technology development supporting business needs, network maintenance, planning and build, IT systems operations and development, and also execution of B2C and B2B product roadmaps.

Prior to his cooperation with Netia, from 2004 he served as Chief Operating Officer, a board member of UPC Polska. As COO he was responsible for customer care, field operations, HFC network management, logistics, process and project management. From 2001 to 2004 he worked as New Services Director in Wizja TV, and then as Business Development Director in UPC Polska.

Mr. Suszek holds master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska). He has also the diploma of MBA from WUT Business School in partnership with London Business School, HEC School of Management and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. In 2013 he completed postgraduate studies in Telecommunications, IT and Management at WUT Institute of Electronics.
Tomasz Szopa

Residential Market General Manager
Tomasz Szopa, 44, joined Netia’s management board in February 2014. From 2010 to 2012 he served as Market Director, B2B-SOHO and Individual Client, in Polska Telefonia Komórkowa Centertel Sp. z o.o. for the entire Telekomunikacja Polska Group. Previously, from 2001 to 2005, he worked in Polska Telefonia Komórkowa Centertel Sp. z o.o. as Director of the Office for Own and Franchise Salons and Director of the Office for Sales Strategy Development.

From 2005 to 2006 he was Director of Managing B2B-SOHO Channels and Individual Customers in Telekomunikacja Polska SA. From 2007 to 2010 he was self-employed. Prior to joining Netia he was Management Board member in Hoven Sp. z o.o., a provider of integrated solutions in solar technology and renewable energy sources. Mr. Szopa graduated in Politics, Social-Administrative Politics from the Silesian University. He also completed post-graduate studies in Finance for Management from the Silesian University.
