The shares of Netia SA are traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the abbreviated name "NETIA" and the ticker "NET". They are also a component of the mWIG40 and WIG50, the indices of the medium size companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's main market, RESPECT Index being a CSR benchmark of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and two indices on the Wiener Boerse: CECE Telecom (CECE TEL) and CECE Infrastructure (CECE INF).

1 On October 24, 2013 the court registered a decrease in Netia's share capital by 38,370,130 shares which had been repurchased by the Companyunder the share buy-back program (the relevant resolution was adopted by Netia's AGM on June 28, 2013).
